Dock Master

Casey has been an avid boater for many years and has over 8 years of marina experience. He understands the needs of the boating enthusiast and tries to make our customer’s stay as carefree as possible. Casey knows the waterways, the business, and has the technical and people skills that are a great fit for Salty Sam’s Marina.



Service Manager

Dustin has been proud to serve customers of Salty Sam’s Marina since 2002. He started his career as a dock-hand at the marina then he became a full-time forklift operator. After several years he was promoted again and became a rigger/technician for the service/sales department. Over the years, Salty Sam’s sent Dustin to school to further his education in the service and sales aspect of the marina. He was eventually promoted to Service Manager at the marina. In 2012, under Dustin’s supervision, the service staff received the “Service CSI Award” from Mercury Marine. It is Dustin’s wide-ranging experience and professional demeanor which make him such a valuable part of our team. Dustin spends his free time with his two beautiful children.




Katie has been with Salty Sam’s since October 2010. Her background is Office Administration and Human Resources. She is a native of Southwest Florida and loves spending time at the beach and on the water. She is a mother of 4  and in her time away from the office she enjoys spending time with her family
